| Children |
| Children 5 to 11 years $58.00 per night. Children 3 to 4 years are $45.00 per night. Children 0-2 years $20 per night. Rates for children are the same as adult rates when not sharing a room with parents. |
| Reservation Policies |
Deposit of $100 per person required when reservation is made. 30 days prior to arrival date, reservation balance is due.
Cancellation policy: Refund of deposit is made if we have 60 days written notification. If less than 60 days, no cash refunds are made. They may be transferred to another date during the current ski season, space available. No transfer of deposits will be made to other parties/reservations. No refunds or transfers are made after the balance is paid 30 days prior to arrival date.
Tax and gratuity: Tax is 9% and staff gratuity is 12% which is included in your total bill. All prices are based on present food and energy costs, and are subject to state and local taxes. All rates are subject to change without notice.
Cash/Check Discount: We are offering a 3% discount for cash/checks. This will apply to all reservations paid in full 30 days before arrival.
